Asphalt or blacktop paving is ideal for the northern Western NY and PA areas we service. Asphalt or blacktop is made up of sand, rock and asphalt cement. This makes the asphalt more pliable and forgiving during a freeze thaw cycle. Asphalt Maintainance & Repairs

Building a long-term relationship with our customers involves helping in the maintenance of asphalt projects. Our crew can take care of scheduling your maintenance issues through seal coating, pavement markings or striping and crack filling.

Seal Coating can extend the life or your blacktop by providing a protective barrier to salt, chemicals and moisture. Having a maintenance schedule can save money on replacement costs and adds a rejuvenated, new look to older asphalt. Let’s not forget that maintaining that ‘black’ look also helps with snow shoveling! Your asphalt driveway acts as radiant heat to melt the snow faster. No more shoveling up rocks, dirt and gravel.

Asphalt driveways do take some time to cure. In the process, there may be some surface scarring from a number of external factors. Applying a layer of Seal Coat will provide a uniform look. Also, it is important to us that you can call upon us at any time. Cracks do need to be filled to prevent further damage. We use only commercial grade products that allow for the expansion and contraction of the crack filler with regard to all weather conditions. Properly installed asphalt and regular maintenance can allow your blacktop project to last up to 20 years!

A logical extension of our aggregate or gravel mines is the ability to use this aggregate in the manufacture of our own asphalt. With a state of the art lab facility we are NYS DOT and Penn Dot approved. Owning the aggregate source allows Kingsview the ability to control not only quality, but cost as well.

Site Development

Whether it is new construction or adapting an older site, Kingsview is your ‘one stop shop’. Site projects can be completed from the ground up. This includes excavation, utilities, finish concrete and asphalt.
